I can't access the Salon Order Form

Only online salon account holders have access to the form. If you have an account already, try logging in. Otherwise it’s a good time to get one!

When I add the quantity I have selected to the cart, it gets rejected.

This is usually because you are trying to add more to the cart than we have stock of. Try selecting a lower quantity or checking if they are already in your cart.

Can I put nil stock products on back-order?

Unfortunately we do not record back-orders through online orders. If you need something placed on back-order, please make a note on your order and we will follow up.
