WHAT IF MY PARCEL DOESN’T ARRIVE ON TIME

You will receive a delivery tracking email from us with an estimated date of delivery and instructions on what to do if your order doesn’t arrive as expected.

WHO WILL HANDLE & DELIVER MY ORDER

All standard deliveries are handled by Aramex Australia or Australia Post who have a network of depots and drivers responsible for delivering parcels. Express shipments are handled by DHL Express.

WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME WHEN IT ARRIVES

The delivery driver will normally ring your bell or knock. If there is no reply they are authorised to leave your parcel in a secure place OR leave a calling card in your letterbox with details.

IMPORTANT COVID-19 SAFETY AND HYGIENE

Our warehouse operates under COVID Safe rules which ensure your parcel is treated hygienically throughout the dispatch process. Each courier service operates their own COVID Safe procedures which can be found on their websites.

RETURNS

We operate an easy return policy which means you can return faulty products at no cost to yourself. We will generally seek to understand why the product failed and offer you an exchange or refund to your satisfaction.
