Do I need to sign up to buy?
No, you can purchase items using a guest account at retail prices. Professionals should apply for an account before making a purchase.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex using Stripe, Paypal and bank transfers to our account.
How much is shipping?
For retail clients, shipping is free on orders over $50, for orders under $50 a flat rate applies Australia wide.
For professionals shipping is based on your order size and location.

Generally between 1 to 5 business days but it does vary depending on your location.

Why don't you ship to my country?
As the authorised Australian distributor for our brands, we are limited to shipping products within Australia. However you can check for a distributor in your country by searching the web.

How do I get a refund?
Normal Australian consumer protection laws apply for faulty goods. If you believe your goods are faulty, simply return them to our warehouse & we will be happy to credit you or provide a refund.

What if I change my mind?
Unfortunately cosmetics products cannot be re-sold once they have been opened or used. Although we would like to offer unlimited exchange, the health & hygiene of our customers is paramount.
