APPLICATION: To ensure the best results from your pencil and a fine line when applying, you should sharpen the tip with a suitable makeup style pencil sharpener to obtain a defined point that creates a precise line. Draw a line using your Kohl on both the upper and lower lash lines. Blend where needed using a Nee eye brush, either n.5 or 6to obtain the desired result. Remember to close the cap securely to prevent the tip from drying and becoming hard and difficult to work with.
