HOW TO APPLY: Start by placing the applicator in the center of the lips. Move from the center outwards to distribute the product evenly and precisely.
To strengthen the intensity and hold, you can define the lip contour with a Nee Lip Pencil.

You may think that lip-liner is a waste of time, but that’s far from the reality. Before you apply any lipstick, including this one, it’s a great idea to line your lips! Choose a lip pencil that compliments your lipstick colour and line along your natural lip line. If you want more intensity, then fill in.
